Presence Retreat is nestled in Les Valley, a short walk downstream from the holy spring and waterfall. We’re surrounded by mountains, jungle, birdsongs, and organic food grown with both native and regenerative practices.

Daily yoga, waterfall QiGong, and Nature meditations nourish and ground our energy in the body & Earth, bringing us into contact with the aliveness and raw power of Nature.

This five day retreat is a deep immersion into the Nature within us and all around us, fostering a deeper experience and connection with what it means to be Alive. We’ll eat and drink straight from the land, connect with the pristine jungle surrounding Les Waterfall, learn to grow organic food in our Regenerative Permaculture Learning Gardens, and practice harmonious ways of living with the elements and Earth’s natural cycles.

Within our connection to Nature lives humanity’s dynamic role in Nature. What does it mean to be a harmonious, regenerative steward of Earth? How can one take steps into this in meaningful and practical ways?

We’ll share practices and empowering perspectives that will travel with you beyond this retreat. Just as a seed contains the tree it will become, during this retreat we will plant seeds (literally and figuratively) to grow a more harmonious life in connection with Earth and the pristine heart of Nature.
