Where it all Started
We all started out as kids!
Many of our personality and character traits were shaped during childhood—and for the majority of modern adults, the inner child was covered up, hurt, or denied through the process of “growing up”.
Bring it Back!
This is a 4-day retreat led by qualified youth mentors and retreat facilitators for “adults” who are ready to take life a little less seriously—who are ready to reconnect with childlike joy and develop a practical living relationship with the child within.
Connection & Curiosity
One vital aspect of a human’s well-being is PLAY, or spontaneous action arising from exploration, curiosity, and inspiration. When play meets nature, deep connection, and self-awareness practices, we enter into facets of ourselves that have often been dormant for years, if not decades.
Loosen Up
We’ll have daily yoga flows intended to cultivate lightness in the body and fun in motion.
ReWild Yourself
In the pristine Nature of Les Valley, we'll practice nature skills, build jungle forts, and take time to witness the hidden magic of the waterfall & forest.
Go Deeper
We’ll hold safe space for group and one-on-one vulnerability, bringing empathy and compassion to the individual life challenges that have minimized our inner child.
Genuine Resolution
We’ll practice releasing and letting go, and how to intentionally and effectively move forward from deep inner-exploration to a genuinely more well-rounded and joy-filled daily life.
Our intention is that you leave here skipping and/or singing, empowered with effective long-term practices for addressing your own inner-child wounds and “wiggly bits”, having lightened your load and reconnected with your unique expressions of joy and playfulness.
MEET OUR FACILITATORS
Michael Zeff has over 8 years experience facilitating retreats, yoga, childhood healing sessions, nature immersions, education for adults and children, and beyond. He's the author of two books, director and founder of the organization Native to Life, and has spent the majority of his adult life finding joy & healing his inner child, while learning to play alongside indigenous communities across 4 continents.
