Weekend Flow

It's best to arrive Friday afternoon for maximum relaxation (Friday's accommodation is included).

Here's an outline of our weekend retreat itinerary:

Friday

4:00pm: Meet, Greet, & Sound Bath Meditation

5pm: Organic Dinner

6:30-8:00pm: Connection Gathering

Saturday

Sleep in, have tea & breakfast

9:30am: Balinese purification ceremony at the holy spring & waterfall

11am: Yin Yoga & group healing sound bath

1pm: Organic Lunch

1:30 - 5pm: Afternoon healing sessions & quiet time

5:00pm: Group Family Constellation Ceremony

7:00pm: Music & relax around the fire (optional)

Sunday

9am: Gentle qigong at the waterfall & nature meditation

11am: Organic brunch

12-4pm: Afternoon healing sessions & time for rest

5-6pm: Closing integration circle & departures

About Presence

Meet Our Facilitator

Michael Zeff has over 8 years experience facilitating retreats, healing sessions, yoga classes, Usui Ryoho Reiki trainings, permaculture education for adults and children, and beyond. He's the author of two books, director and founder of the organization Native to Life, and has spent the majority of his adult life living with & learning from indigenous communities in Nature across 4 continents.
