A Daily Flow

Every day is unique! Here's a general outline of our retreat itinerary:

Energy Cleansing

The retreat begins with a traditional Balinese water purification ceremony at the holy spring and waterfall, here in Les Valley. This helps us wash away energies which block the flow of nourishing qi, or life-force energy.

Morning Practice

Each day will start with a morning practice specifically intended to cultivate & sensitize us to our natural energetics and harmonize with the flows of nature. This will include yoga, qigong, pranayama, and nature meditations. Most of these be held outdoors and/or at Les Waterfall, in full participation with nature.

Afternoon Sessions

After a nourishing organic meal, we will dive into afternoon Reiki 1 training and practice sessions.

Organic Lunch • 2–3pm

We'll combine fresh garden-grown greens & veggies for a delicious jungle salad. Plenty of tasty sides and organic local flavors.

Evening Healing Sessions & Relax

In the evenings we’ll unwind and connect with family-style dinners, group Family Constellation Ceremonies, and Tibetan Sound Bowl Immersions.

Fire Circle

As the evening light sets over the sacred mountain, we'll commune around Fire to integrate the day's journey, sing some songs, and wind down for a night of deep jungle sleep.

Meet Our Facilitators

Michael Zeff has over 8 years experience facilitating retreats, healing sessions, yoga classes, Usui Ryoho Reiki trainings, permaculture education for adults and children, and beyond. He's the author of two books, director and founder of the organization Native to Life, and has spent the majority of his adult life living with & learning from indigenous communities in Nature across 4 continents.

More About Zeff

Tito Verdeguer comes with more than 30 years of experience and immense amounts of training in Reiki, Chi Kung, martial arts, and more. Since 1999, Tito Verdeguer has facilitated retreats, healing sessions, Chi Kung Classes, Reiki practitioner & teacher trainings at his retreat center, Bromelia Retreat, in Dos Mangas, Ecuador.
