A Daily Flow

Every day is unique! Here's a general outline of our retreat itinerary:

Morning Practice • 8:00–10:00am

Each morning starts with a yoga flow, qigong or meditation in nature and a group soul circle.

Brunch • 10:30–11am

Food & drink fresh from the land. Holy spring water, nourishing young coconuts & fruit in season, medicinal herbal tea / organic coffee, and hearty smoothie bowls for larger appetites.

Afternoon Sessions • 11–2pm

After brunch, we’ll dive into trainings and workshops. These will include a Self-Reiki (Usui Ryoho) Energy Healing training & attunement ceremony, nervous system regulation practices, self-discovery practices, mind-awareness meditations, and more.

Organic Lunch • 2–3pm

We'll combine our freshly grown foods with garden-grown greens & veggies for a delicious jungle salad. Plenty of tasty sides and organic local flavors.

Afternoon Healing Sessions & Relax

After a nourishing organic lunch, we’ll have some spacious time to relax and enjoy the birdsongs of Presence gardens before entering a group therapeutic session; Tibetan Sound Bowl Healing, group Family Constellation Ceremony, group Reiki, etc.

Dinner & Fire Circle • 6–8pm

As the evening light dances through the trees, we'll gather for a nourishing dinner. Then commune with the Fire spirits to integrate the day's journey, sing some songs, and wind down for a night of deep jungle sleep.

Meet Our Facilitator

Michael Zeff has over 8 years experience facilitating retreats, healing sessions, yoga classes, Usui Ryoho Reiki trainings, permaculture education for adults and children, and beyond. He's the author of two books, director and founder of the organization Native to Life, and has spent the majority of his adult life living with & learning from indigenous communities in Nature across 4 continents.
