Dive Deep

This is a spacious retreat to foster deep self-awareness, healing, and presence within oneself. A central element of our week-long journey together is a 5-day water fast, guided by Tuuli of Tirtananda Wellness Bali.

Holy Water

A short walk from Presence is Yeh Anakan Spring, known as holy water for its purity, high mineral content, and healing properties. This spring water nourishes and cleanses the body while providing micronutrients often lacking in modern diets.

Letting Go

We’ve chosen to host this retreat during the New Moon to support intentions of deep purging/releasing and new beginnings, which often accompany fasting. On the evening of the New Moon, we’ll have a special “Letting Go" ceremony around the fire.

A Daily Flow

Every day is unique! Here's one day of our retreat itinerary:

Morning Practice • 8:00–10:00am

Each morning starts with a group Soul Circle to connect and share from our hearts. Today's morning practice is a river walk with deep nature connection practices. gentle QiGong flow to open the flow of energy.

Breakfast • 10:30–11am

Food & drink fresh from the land. Holy spring water, nourishing young coconuts & fruit in season, medicinal herbal tea, or smoothie.

River Walk • 11–2pm

We'll take a slow walk upstream, listening to the river and guided by deep nature connection practices.

Final Juice • 2–3pm

Here we will begin the water fast with a final organic juice from the land, followed by a ceremony to set intentions and begin our journey.

Group Ancestral Healing • 4–6pm

We'll gather for a potent Family Constellations Ceremony, opening the portal to deeper self-reflection and self-discovery.

Sound Bowl Immersion • 6–7pm

As the evening light dances through the trees, we'll bring the day to a close with a gentle Himalayan Singing Bowl sound bath.

Meet Our Facilitators

Michael Zeff has over 8 years experience facilitating retreats, healing sessions, yoga classes, Usui Ryoho Reiki trainings, permaculture education for adults and children, and beyond. He's the author of two books, director and founder of the organization Native to Life, and has spent the majority of his adult life living with & learning from indigenous communities in Nature across 4 continents.
