What does this journey look like?

Finding Stillness

We believe effective transformational self-work starts by first becoming still & quiet. Here, we meet the patterns, defenses, fears and strongholds which often impede heart-centered clarity, in the attempt to keep us safe and sane amidst dysfunctional ways of life.

Finding the Love in it All

What we encounter in stillness becomes the entry-point for our journey into healing, clarity and resolution. Much of our time together will be spent on this part of the journey; slowly and gently bringing forth the loving intentions behind our difficulties, honoring the challenges and dark parts for the potent lessons and growth they bring.

Developing Your Practices

Through this process, we will offer practices, healing sessions and other forms of support to assist you in clearing blockages, moving energy and coming to clarity and loving acceptance. Oftentimes, the movements occurring in others within the group can deeply assist our own. Collective growth is a marvelous experience.

Integration for Daily Life

With clarity and awareness, we move toward integration—a vital aspect of genuine transformation. How does one truly integrate “aha!” moments and deep self-realizations into daily life? What practical and actionable steps can be taken toward a life in resonance with your true values?

Meet Our Facilitator

Michael Zeff has over 8 years experience facilitating retreats, healing sessions, yoga classes, Usui Ryoho Reiki trainings, permaculture education for adults and children, and beyond. He's the author of two books, director and founder of the organization Native to Life, and has spent the majority of his adult life living with & learning from indigenous communities in Nature across 4 continents.
